RULES AND CONDITIONS OF STAY AT THE MAREMAGNUM HOTEL
Since 2 December 2024 a Royal Decree 933/2021 came into force in Spain, according to which it is compulsory to provide detailed information on all guests at the time of their arrival. Before entering the room, you will receive a link to provide your details via the check-in platform. The data provided must be truthful, otherwise the establishment reserves the right to refuse admission to the guest or to impose financial penalties for non-compliance with the rule described. If you have any doubts about filling in the form, our staff will be happy to assist you on arrival.
GUEST CHECK-IN AT THE HOTEL
CHECK-IN time is from 15:00 hours onwards.
Reception opening hours are limited: prior notice of arrival time is required via email: reservas@hotelmaremagnum.com or WhatsApp: +34681995333
CHECK-OUT time is until 10:00 hours.
Late check-out: please consult/ request in advance of arrival time at the Hotel reception *In HIGH season there is a supplement.
DEPOSIT
At the time of check-in each guest must pay a security deposit of 50€ per person which will be returned at the time of check-out if there is no damage to the room or furniture.
We recommend that upon arrival you check the inventory of the room as it will be checked at check-out and in case of missing or damaged items the Guest will be charged for the cost of the room.
SECURITY MEASURES
Security video cameras are installed in the Hotel and are recording 24 hours a day: at the entrance of the Hotel, at the reception, in the BAR, in all corridors on all floors of the Hotel, on the roof of the Hotel and on the ground floor area of the Hotel.
SPECIAL SECURITY CONDITIONS FOR GUESTS
Guests must keep their valuables out of the reach of any person. If you have any valuables, the Hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss or misplacement of jewellery and valuables left in the rooms.
LOSS OF KEYS
If you lose the keys to your room, please notify the Hotel immediately to prevent access by exhausted persons.
NO SMOKING
Guests are strictly forbidden to smoke in any area (rooms, bathrooms, corridors etc.) of the Hotel. In case of smoking, the guest must go out on the balcony and always use the ashtray!
SILENCE AND RESPECT FOR THE OTHER GUESTS OF THE HOTEL
From 10:00 p.m. onwards, the noise level in all rooms must be reduced. Please also respect the silence in the corridors and stairwells at night.
From 23:00 hours onwards, guests are requested to maintain absolute silence. Any disturbance to other hotel guests must be avoided. Otherwise, the property reserves the right to evict disturbing guests by calling the Lloret de Mar Police and informing the host agency of the inappropriate behaviour of the disturbing guests.
CLEANING OF THE ROOMS
Due to the state of the planet being on the verge of running out of resources, the Hotel reserves the right to reduce water and energy consumption:
The rooms are cleaned on request via reception.
Bed linen is changed once a week.
*If necessary, they are requested at the reception and will have an additional cost depending on the case.
Towels: towels are dried on the balcony and bathroom drying racks and are changed on request at reception.
Rubbish: rubbish must be removed from the room daily by the guest or on request from the hotel reception. Please use rubbish bags sparingly.
A rubbish bin is located on the stairs of floor *0*.

*Please keep your personal belongings in your backpacks/suitcases or in the wardrobe to facilitate the proper cleaning of your room. *Otherwise the room will not be cleaned.
DAMAGE, DIRT
In the event of damage to the hotel property or furnishings, it is the person causing the damage who pays for the damage caused. Payments of this kind are made immediately (in the case of groups, the organiser and/or representative is responsible for the damage and must therefore pay the amount in advance). Theft or intentional damage will be reported immediately to the Lloret de Mar Police. It is forbidden to carry out any act that causes damage or harm to the Hotel or to other Guests, or conduct contrary to decorum or social behaviour (extra cleaning fee will be 150€/room).
PETS
Pets are welcome in our Hotel: cats and dogs.
Basic condition is: do not leave them alone in the room.
In case your pet defecates in the room you will have to pay an extra cleaning fee of 150 euros.
PARKING
The Hotel does not have its own car park.

SELF-SERVICE AREA
On the ground floor of the hotel there is a self-service area for public use which includes: microwave, kettle, oven, toasters, cups, plates, glasses and cutlery. Opening hours are from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm.
